I am a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with extensive experience in managing trauma and orthopaedic conditions, specialising in lower limb trauma, foot and ankle injuries, and arthroplasty procedures.
My clinical practice encompasses the surgical and non-surgical management of musculoskeletal injuries, with a particular focus on hip, knee, ankle, and foot trauma. I manage all aspects of general trauma within a major trauma unit in a teaching hospital.
I have completed fellowships in trauma, foot and ankle surgery, arthroplasty, and paediatric orthopaedics at leading UK hospitals, including Leeds Teaching Hospitals, Manchester Children’s Hospital, and Derriford University Hospital.
My surgical expertise includes minimally invasive foot and ankle procedures, joint replacement surgeries, and complex trauma reconstruction.
I also have a strong interest in managing foot and ankle conditions, including bunions, heel pain, Morton’s neuroma, toe deformities, and arthritis.
I am actively involved in clinical research, with multiple peer-reviewed publications and international conference presentations covering orthopaedic trauma, foot and ankle surgery, and low-velocity impact injuries.
In addition to my surgical expertise, I have over 15 years of experience in medico-legal reporting, preparing expert reports for claimants and defendants.
My reports cover road traffic accidents, workplace injuries, slips and trips, low-velocity impacts, and orthopaedic negligence claims. I have completed Bond Solon medico-legal training and ensure that all reports are written to the highest legal and professional standards.
