Mr Sarwat Sadek is an ENT consultant with over 40 years extensive experience in all aspects of adult and paediatric ENT and Head & Neck Surgery.

He is currently a Consultant Otolaryngologist and Head & Neck Surgeon at the Nuffield Hospital, Taunton specialising in ENT and Head & Neck medico-legal work .

Mr Sadek was a Consultant at Musgrove Park Hospital, Taunton from 01/07/2000 and retired from the NHS on 05/07/2020.

He is highly experienced in most otological procedures and holds substantive skills in rhinology, especially in functional endoscopic sinus surgery and rhinoplasty, having performed almost three hundred cases of the latter.

In Head & Neck Surgery, he has gained substantive experience in salivary gland, thyroid head and neck cancer surgery and was thyroid lead for the Taunton and Somerset NHS Foundation Trust.

In paediatric otolaryngology he has dealt with several cases of congenital choanal atresia, on which he has authored several publications as well as a patent design for a Sadek Choanal Atresia Stent for the treatment of the condition

Deafness, tinnitus and vertigo resulting from road traffic collisions and whiplash injuries.
Traumatic loss of sense of smell and taste.
Head and neck trauma.
