Based in London as UK Director, I am responsible for the Facade Engineering practice at Thornton Tomasetti on a global scale.

20+ years of experience in the cladding industry. Having trained and worked as a structural and facade engineer, I have expertise in advanced technologies, façade systems, glass engineering, façade engineering and detailed design, building envelope and glass analysis.

I provide facade investigation and expert witness services to lawyers and the insurance market in case of disputes, litigation, mediation, arbitration and court hearings.

Acted as Expert Witness on a number of cases worldwide and given oral evidence and been crossed examined.

These have included condition surveys, facade inspection and generally defects related to water leaks, glass breakages, structural issues, thermal performance, facade fire safety and code compliance with UK Building Regulations or International Standards.
