Stirling is an ergonomics expert witness and consultant, with over 25 years experience. He specialises in providing ergonomic expert witness and consultancy reports in manual handling injuries, upper and lower limb disorders and Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS) cases.

He has written over a 1000 expert witness reports and his split of instructions is over 70% as a single joint expert, with the remaining instructions being roughly equally split between claimant and defendant.

Whilst the vast majority of Stirling’s expert witness work is civil, he has been involved in criminal cases and has previously been instructed HM Coroner. Finally, Stirling is well versed in giving oral evidence.
