Mr Rudge is a Consultant Shoulder & Elbow Surgeon at The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, Stanmore: an internationally recognised centre of excellence. His clinical practice deals solely with problems of the shoulder and elbow, including instability, rotator cuff dysfunction, fractures, arthritis, and tendinopathies.

His medicolegal practice covers trauma (including fractures of the clavicle, proximal & distal humerus, olecranon, and radial head; rotator cuff tears; dislocations of the ACJ, glenohumeral joint , and elbow; distal biceps rupture; pec major tears), osteoarthritis and joint replacements of the shoulder & elbow, frozen shoulder, impingement, and tennis/golfers elbow.
