Elisabeth leads the Crime Forensic Accounting team at Sedulo. She is regularly instructed as an expert witness or advisor in relation to a variety of matters, including commercial disputes, investigations, personal injury, matrimonial disputes and business valuations.

Shareholder dispute: Instructed as a single joint expert in relation to the operation of directors’ loan accounts.
Warranty dispute: Instructed as expert advisor in relation to a post-transaction dispute, in the context of a claim of $15 million.
Advisory in relation to the defence of a high-profile allegation of corruption in the Caribbean, regarding the issuance of government contracts.
Valuation: Instructed as a shadow expert in relation to a business valuation dispute.
Personal injury: Quantifying loss of earnings across multiple business interests following a road traffic accident.
