With over two decades of experience in Occupational Therapy and Case Management, Minnieke specialises in neurological rehabilitation, acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury, and complex disability management.

Beginning her career in South Africa, she gained hands-on experience working with children with cerebral palsy and adults requiring wheelchair assessments in resource-limited settings, developing a strong ability to problem-solve creatively.

Since moving to the UK in 2005, Minnieke has worked across diverse settings, gaining expertise in adaptations and equipment, stroke, spinal cord injuries, elderly care, and neurorehabilitation.

She has held senior roles in community therapy, hospital-based rehabilitation, and acute neurology, where she honed her skills in complex decision-making, cognitive rehabilitation, mental capacity assessments, and multi-disciplinary leadership.

As a Case Manager since 2016, she has managed clients with traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and cerebral palsy, assisting with rehabilitation planning, litigation support, and transitional care. Her expertise extends to housing and manual handling assessments.
