I have over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, including leading a litigation department for a major car hire company and working extensively within the care sector under both the Mental Health Act and the Mental Capacity Act.

Since 2018, I have specialised in personal transport assessments, initially with Personal Mobility Solutions Ltd and from December 2025, as an independent Personal Transport Expert Witness.

I provide comprehensive transport assessments for clients with diverse disabilities and transport needs, acting on both a treating and consulting basis.

My work includes Expert Witness transport reports compliant with Part 35, with referrals received from solicitors, case managers and occupational therapists.

Areas include:

Transport, cars relating to clients with a range of disabilities and injuries which include amputees, paraplegia, tetraplegia and neurological conditions either as a result of a road traffic accidents (RTA), clinical negligence, personal injury or an incident at birth.

I provide reports and assessments for both drivers and passengers of wheelchair accessible vehicles (WAV) and modified vehicles to meet a clients personal and individual needs.

The report includes vehicle costs and recommendations for present and future needs.
