Vegetation analysis, plant identification, microscopic examination and identification of unknowns, crime scene evaluation, location of human remains and clandestine graves, gut contents analysis, estimation of post mortem interval.

Estimation of corpse deposition, differentiation of murder sites from deposition sites, timing events (foot prints and physical impacts), provenancing items and materials, linking people, objects, and places (trace evidence) and evaluating problems associated with mould and fungi in buildings.
