As a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Claims Consultant, Mr Walker has some forty years’ experience in construction and engineering industries and has held leading roles on major projects.

He has directed and led claims and commercial teams of up to 50 consultants to successfully settle claims up to USD10bn.

He has worked on numerous international projects including in Europe, Middle East, Africa, USA, Japan, Asia and China. His experience spans coal, gas and nuclear power generation, infrastructure, utilities, wind energy, transportation, marine and commercial and residential building sectors.

He has acted as Quantum Expert Witness in litigation, mediation and many international arbitrations.

As an experienced management consultant, developed over his career in the UK and abroad, Mr Walker is skilled in working under pressure and adapting to new situations and challenges to deliver optimal results.

He is a collaborative leader with dedication to partnering with co-workers to promote an engaged, empowering work culture. He has documented strengths in building and maintaining relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders in dynamic, multi-cultural and fast-paced settings.
