Employed in the property industry in the South since 2000 within private practices and the public sector. Instructions are completed for a variety of purposes including: taxation, matrimonial, equity loans, shared ownership, pre-purchase for individuals, company acquisitions / disposals and for the Courts.

Client mix comprises private individuals, local authorities, housing associations and corporate clients. Experienced in expert witness report preparation for court and other tribunals for residential valuations.

RICS Registered Expert Witness valuing houses and flats, freehold and leasehold mainly on Single Joint Expert appointments but can be appointed by claimant or defendants individually.

Chartered Valuation Surveyor with RICS Registered Valuer status.
