Brian is FRICS with an MSc in Construction Law and Arbitration and has owned and managed Lesley Morris Associates for the past 25 years.

As well as UK, he has worked in Oman, Thailand, Nigeria and Trinidad and has significant experience in all construction sectors including hospitals, sports stadium, residential, high-rise, airports and rail and road construction projects.

Brian has acted on both ‘sides of the fence’, as Contracts Administrator / Project Manager for end-user Clients as well as for main contractors and specialist subcontractors.

Brian has also joint-owned and run a London high-end residential construction company for the past 15years, undertaking projects ranging in value from £100k to £3million, as well as being a developer on a number of schemes.

Consequently, Brian has extensive experience of how residential construction refurbishments & new build are costed, planned, programmed, procured & ultimately construction managed and administered.

Brian has acted as Expert Witness on various disputes for both the claimant and defendant, one of which ‘ended up’ in the Technology and Construction court.
