With over 25 years’ experience as Director of Property Management and Building Services at Fifield Glyn I have built up significant expertise.

We operate in both residential and commercial sectors, I act as an expert in disputes in relation to service charges, lease matters, Section 20, Dilapidations, Licence to Alter, Insurance.

I have given evidence at County Court and the First Tier Tribunal a number of times and the tribunal in one judgement stated “The tribunal found that Mr Fifield’s evidence was an honest and straight forward witness who was doing his best to assist the tribunal”

I have more than 25 years’ experience in Asset Management, I am managing director for a property development and investment company, I act as a Trustee for the Yardley Great Trust.
