I am a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with 30 years’ construction experience in commercial, education, healthcare, justice, industrial, mixed-use, retail, infrastructure and residential buildings.

I have significant hands-on experience in numerous forms of contract, including JCT, NEC, PFI, IChemE and bespoke main and subcontract forms.

Served as Quantum Expert for the Claimant in County Court in a £800K planning breach over the construction and demolition cost of an Agricultural Building( KO5ZA582)

Testified Quantum Expert in High Court Proceedings for Defendant, in a £1.2M dispute over the remedial cost of the defective installation of a 4G football pitch for a non-league football club at step 5 of the Pyramid [2025] EWHC 2967 (TCC)

Served as Quantum Expert in High Court Proceedings for Defendant in a series of PII liability claims for defective cladding and internal fire stopping (£150M), brought under the Building Safety Act 2022 in a high-rise mixed residential development in London (HT-2020-000467 & HT-2022-000024).

I have also been responsible for commercially managing projects up to value of £500 million for both Employer and Tier 1 Contractors.
