NDA act as Expert Witness for defective work in a conversion from office to luxury apartments in central London.

Our scope of work includes: a review of the EWS1 and PAS9980 reports produced by Anstey Horne; a detailed review of the Health and Safety File; organising opening-up works of the façade and subsequent forensic investigation.

Attending and minuting meetings with the main contractor; and the production of an expert witness report.

We can provide forensic analysis of building defects (opening up work by others), both internally and externally, referencing the building regulations and the approved documents that are current when the project was designed and constructed.
