I have over 35 years’ post qualification experience of surveying and valuing both residential and commercial property across Southern England – mainly in the county of Sussex.

Experience includes preparation of expert witness valuation reports, valuations for loan security purposes, advice on conversions and refurbishment projects, development land, lease extensions, collective enfranchisements, rent reviews, lease renewals, dilapidations and other landlord and tenant work.

Professional responsibilities: Senior Surveyor and head of the firm’s valuation and professional services department, responsible for residential and commercial valuations undertaken by the firm, having previously been in charge of the firm’s agency departments (sales, lettings, commercial and auctions).
