I have undertaken training in the medico-legal process, the role of an expert witness, and court preparation. I understand my responsibilities as an expert under Part 35 of the Civil Procedure Rules.

I have undertaken the claimant’s and defendant’s breach of duty and desktop reports. My current ratio is 60% claimant and 40% defendant.

I am available for criminal work, and I am aware of expert witness responsibility in this aspect of work. I also have experience in care needs assessments for long and short term and case management of acute and chronic injuries.

I have been an expert witness for the Nursing Midwifery Council in fitness-to-practice boards, but I have no attended court.
